For the first time in Bulgaria a case is reported of facial melanoma metastases in the vagal nerve. They were successfully removed together with cervical lymph dissection. Surgical treatment was followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Control check up one year after the operation failed to disclose relapse or new metastases.
