Abstract
The author studied 348 patients with traumatic lesions of the meniscus submitted to arthroscopic meniscectomy after a follow-up of at least two years. The author correlates the different data and concludes that an arthroscopic meniscectomy produces good results in more than 80% of patients with a minimal number of complications.
