Secretory granules of male guinea pigs atria were studied in normal conditions and after the exposure to a lethal dose of aerosol of histamine. The amount of A-, B- and D- granules in both groups were not statistically different. However, in histaminic shock the displacement of granules between the myofibrils and to the vicinity of sarcolemma was more frequently observed, but the ultrastructural pictures of exocytosis vicinity of sarcolemma was more frequently observed, but the ultrastructural pictures of exocytosis have been found.
