Abstract
Sixty six cases of women requesting reversal of tubal sterilization are analyzed. Age, parity, number of living children, causes of sterilization and type of procedure, motivation of reversal and microsurgical plastic tubal reversal carried out. The results are presented with a total 62.3% pregnancy rate obtained (56.2% were normotopic pregnancies and 6.1% of ectopic).

对66例要求输卵管绝育术复通的女性病例进行了分析。分析内容包括年龄、产次、存活子女数、绝育原因及手术类型、复通动机以及进行的显微外科输卵管整形复通术。结果显示，总妊娠率为62.3%（其中宫内妊娠率为56.2%，异位妊娠率为6.1%）。
