The results in pregnancies obtained in sixty six patients recanalized using the microsurgical principles in a period of five years are presented. The pregnancy rate was 72.7% with 31 new borns (47%), 15 abortions (22.7%) and 2 ectopic pregnancies (3%). Using the life table the accumulative probability of pregnancies was 39%, 55%, 87% at 6, 12 and 24 months respectively. The results are statistically correlated with the parameters of age, time of sterilizations, technique of anastomosis and only or two Fallopian tubes reanastomosed.
本文呈现了在五年内对66例采用显微外科技术复通的患者进行妊娠的结果。妊娠率为72.7%，有31例新生儿（47%），15例流产（22.7%），2例宫外孕（3%）。使用生命表，妊娠的累积概率在6个月、12个月和24个月时分别为39%、55%、87%。结果与年龄、绝育时间、吻合技术以及单条或两条输卵管复通等参数具有统计学相关性。
