Amyloidosis of the bladder associated with systemic amyloidosis secondary to rheumatoid arthritis is a rare disease. Due to the absence of routine screening, its incidence appears to be understimated and only 11 cases, all symptomatic, have been reported in the literature. The symptoms of this disease are dominated by macroscopic haematuria, always massive, which may be life-threatening. We report a case in which the severity of this haematuria required emergency cystectomy to ensure haemostatis, which revealed amyloidosis on histological examination.
膀胱淀粉样变性与类风湿关节炎继发的系统性淀粉样变性相关，是一种罕见疾病。由于缺乏常规筛查，其发病率似乎被低估，文献中仅报道了11例，均有症状。该疾病的症状以肉眼血尿为主，通常量很大，可能危及生命。我们报告一例，该例血尿严重，需要紧急膀胱切除术以确保止血，组织学检查显示为淀粉样变性。
