The growth curves of BPD, abdominal diameter and femoral length that are currently used in our Obstetrics Department, are presented. The fetal weight estimation is analyzed and its potential differences with newborn weight curves. Also, is discussed the used of the fetal ponderal index estimation.
展示了目前我们产科使用的双顶径（BPD）、腹径和股骨长度的生长曲线。分析了胎儿体重估计及其与新生儿体重曲线的潜在差异。还讨论了胎儿体重指数估计的应用。
