Under study were the data obtained in 29 patients with malignant nonepithelial gastric tumors, which indicated a high incidence of this affection in persons under 50. Gastric reticulosarcomas are most frequently observed. The diagnosis is very difficult to establish both before and during laparatomy. Favourable late results were most frequently noted in patients subjected to radical surgical interventions. Radical and tentative laparotomies may be followed by chemo-or radiotherapy.
对29例胃恶性非上皮性肿瘤患者的数据进行了研究，结果表明该疾病在50岁以下人群中发病率较高。胃网状细胞肉瘤最为常见。无论是在剖腹手术前还是手术过程中，诊断都非常困难。接受根治性手术干预的患者最常出现良好的晚期结果。根治性剖腹手术和试探性剖腹手术后可能需要进行化疗或放疗。
