BACKGROUND
Pleomorphic adenomas of the small salivary glands are very rare and usually arise from the hard palate.
CASE REPORT
We present a female patient who was referred to our Department because of a bleeding enoral tumor, which persisted for 35 years. Histopathological examination after complete tumor excision showed a pleomorphic adenoma.
CONCLUSION
Pleomorphic adenomas are an important differential diagnosis for tumors of the hard palatine. The therapy of choice is surgical excision.
背景
小唾液腺多形性腺瘤非常罕见，通常发生于硬腭。
病例报告
我们报告一名因口腔内出血性肿瘤就诊于我科的女性患者，该肿瘤持续存在35年。肿瘤完整切除后的组织病理学检查显示为多形性腺瘤。
结论
多形性腺瘤是硬腭部肿瘤的重要鉴别诊断疾病。首选治疗方法为手术切除。
