To report a case of renal cell carcinoma presenting as a well-circumscribed orbital tumor.
Retrospective interventional case report.
A 60-year-old woman presented with proptosis of the left eye. Imaging showed a well circumscribed tumor in the region of the medial rectus muscle. Excision biopsy revealed a diagnosis of metastatic renal cell carcinoma that was confirmed on abdominal imaging.
Renal cell carcinoma can rarely present as a well-circumscribed orbital mass and should be included in the differential diagnosis of such lesions.

一名60岁女性出现左眼眼球突出。影像学检查显示在内直肌区域有一个边界清晰的肿瘤。切除活检确诊为转移性肾细胞癌，腹部影像学检查证实了这一诊断。
肾细胞癌很少表现为边界清晰的眼眶肿块，应列入此类病变的鉴别诊断范围。
