In the review the current state of nutrition management for patients with type 2 diabetes is given. On the basis of literature data analysis it was showed that optimally balance diet in type 2 diabetes must be based in principles of the strict control of energy value, quantity and quality of protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, adequate contents of vitamin, macro- and micronutrients according the needs for every patient.
本文综述了2型糖尿病患者营养管理的现状。基于文献数据分析表明,2型糖尿病的最佳平衡饮食必须基于严格控制能量值、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、纤维的量和质量,以及根据每位患者的需求提供充足的维生素、常量和微量营养素的原则。
