Abstract
The basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) is one of the most powerful growth factors to promote wound healing. In this paper we describe two cases of skull base tumor requiring extensive skull base reconstruction, in which the application of bFGF was effective in the management and prevention of CSF leaks. The role and safeness of bFGF for skull base reconstruction are discussed.

碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）是促进伤口愈合的最强大生长因子之一。在本文中，我们描述了两例需要广泛颅底重建的颅底肿瘤病例，其中bFGF的应用在处理和预防脑脊液漏方面是有效的。本文还讨论了bFGF在颅底重建中的作用和安全性。
