Rheoparodontographic findings evidence more profound and manifest shifts in periodontal circulation of pulp-free teeth as against intact teeth after preparation for artificial crowns. Vascular elasticity and distensibility are reduced in pulp-free teeth, vascular tonic tension and periodontal tissue blood content are elevated (according to the inflammatory arterial hyperemia type), peripheral vascular resistance is reduced, and venous blood flow from the periodontal tissues deteriorated.
流变牙周造影检查结果表明,与完整牙齿相比,无髓牙在人工冠修复备牙后牙周循环的变化更为深刻和明显。无髓牙的血管弹性和扩张性降低,血管紧张性张力和牙周组织血容量升高(根据炎症性动脉充血类型),外周血管阻力降低,牙周组织的静脉血流变差。
