A novel human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I allele, HLA-B3713, has been identified in a Chinese individual. The HLA-B3713 allele differs from the closest matching allele B*370101 by one nucleotide substitutions in exon 3 at nt 527(T-->A), resulting in an amino acid change from Val (GTG) to Glu (GAG) at codon 152.
在中国个体中鉴定出一种新型人类白细胞抗原(HLA)I类等位基因HLA - B3713。HLA - B3713等位基因与最匹配的等位基因B*370101在第3外显子nt 527处有一个核苷酸替换(T→A),导致第152密码子处的氨基酸从缬氨酸(GTG)变为谷氨酸(GAG)。
