Abstract
We report the identification of the novel allele HLA-A2485 that was found during routine high-resolution sequence-based typing of a Chinese bone marrow donor. The A2485 allele has 1nt change from A*240201 at nt525 where T>A, codon 151 H>Q (CAT-->CAA).

我们报告了新型等位基因HLA - A2485的鉴定，该等位基因是在中国一名骨髓供者的常规高分辨率序列分型过程中发现的。A2485等位基因在第525位核苷酸处与A*240201有1个核苷酸的变化，即T>A，密码子151由H变为Q（CAT→CAA）。
