Isolated epididymo-orchitis is an uncommon presentation of tuberculosis. We report a case of left sided epididymo-orchitis and scrotal involvement due to tuberculosis in a young male patient. The diagnosis was suspected on clinical examination of scrotum and confirmed by FNAC of scrotal and testis. Patient improved after taking antitubercular treatment. 孤立性附睾睾丸炎是结核病的一种罕见表现。我们报告一例年轻男性患者因结核病导致左侧附睾睾丸炎及阴囊受累的病例。通过阴囊临床检查怀疑诊断，并经阴囊和睾丸细针穿刺抽吸活检（FNAC）确诊。患者接受抗结核治疗后病情好转。关键词：感染、阴囊、治疗。
