The effect of pyrazidol on the efficiency of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) was investigated. Pyrazidol administration before HBO procedure reduced the intensity of lipid peroxidation in the blood plasma and decreased destabilization of erythrocyte membranes. Exoerythrocyte hemoglobin concentration, total peroxidase activity and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity were used as the indexes of membrane stability. The patients pretreated with pyrazidol bore HBO much better than other patients.
研究了吡唑醇对高压氧疗（HBO）效果的影响。在HBO治疗前给予吡唑醇可降低血浆中脂质过氧化的强度，并减少红细胞膜的不稳定。红细胞外血红蛋白浓度、总过氧化物酶活性和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶活性被用作膜稳定性的指标。预先接受吡唑醇治疗的患者比其他患者更能耐受HBO治疗。
