In 32 patients with rectal cancer, the endolymphatic antibiotic therapy was performed 2-5 days before and for 7-10 days after radical operation. Attenuation of an inflammation around a tumor, decrease in bacterial contamination of the perineal wound, reduction in incidence of postoperative purulent-inflammatory complications were noted.
在32例直肠癌患者中，在根治性手术前2 - 5天及术后7 - 10天进行了淋巴管内抗生素治疗。观察到肿瘤周围炎症减轻、会阴伤口细菌污染减少、术后化脓性炎症并发症发生率降低。
