Computed tomography (CT) in three patients with sternoclavicular brucellosis revealed the following features: soft-tissue mass centred around the joint, sclerosis with or without lysis of the periarticular bone, and destruction and irregularity of the cortex of the sternal and clavicular articular surfaces. The CT features, in the appropriate clinical setting, should help in making the correct diagnosis and managing this serious but rare manifestation of brucellosis.
对三名患有胸锁关节布鲁氏菌病的患者进行的计算机断层扫描（CT）显示出以下特征：以关节为中心的软组织肿块、关节周围骨质硬化伴或不伴骨质溶解，以及胸骨和锁骨关节面皮质破坏和不规则。在适当的临床背景下，CT特征应有助于做出正确诊断并管理布鲁氏菌病这种严重但罕见的表现。
