We report two patients with congenital ventral penile curvature. Both patients were admitted to our Department at 18 years of age, because of deformation which was an obstacle to their normal sexual intercourse. Deformity was corrected with the Nesbit procedure using intraoperative artificial erection. During the surgical procedure no chordee or anomalies of the urethra or spongy tissue could be detected, thus changes were classified in a relatively rare group of deformities due to the inelasticity of tunica albuginea. We have also made some observations on the technique applied which could be helpful in practice.
我们报告了两名患有先天性阴茎腹侧弯曲的患者。两名患者均于18岁时因阴茎变形影响正常性交而入住我科。采用术中人工勃起的Nesbit手术矫正畸形。手术过程中未发现阴茎硬结、尿道或海绵体组织异常，因此这些改变被归类为相对罕见的一组因白膜弹性缺乏导致的畸形。我们还对所应用的技术进行了一些观察，这些观察可能在实际操作中有所帮助。
