[Discoid lateral meniscus as the cause of limping in children].

We present 2 cases out of 4 with symptomatic discoid lateral meniscus treated arthroscopically by partial meniscectomies. The mean duration of symptoms was 7 months and the mean age at surgery was 4.5 years. The diagnosis was based on clinical examination and MRI.
