To study the chemical constituents of flower buds of Lonicera macranthoides.
The 90% EtOH extract of Lonicera macranthoides. was successively partitioned with petroleum ether and ethyl acetete.
Repeated column chromatography of the ethyl acetete fraction afforded the following compounds (1-9): ginnol (1), triacontanol (2), ursolic acid (3), beta-sitosterol (4), triacontane (5), palmitic acid (6), beta-daucosterol (7), 3-decyl-3-octyldocosan-1-ol (8), 3-dodecyl-3-nonyldocosan-1-ol (9). All compounds except 4 are isolated from this plant for the first time while compounds 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9 are their first time been isolated from genus Lonicera.

大花忍冬90%乙醇提取物依次用石油醚和乙酸乙酯进行分配。
乙酸乙酯部位经反复柱色谱分离得到以下化合物(1 - 9):银杏醇(1)、三十烷醇(2)、熊果酸(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、三十烷(5)、棕榈酸(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)、3-癸基-3-辛基二十二烷-1-醇(8)、3-十二烷基-3-壬基二十二烷-1-醇(9)。除化合物4外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2、3、5、8和9为首次从忍冬属植物中分离得到。
