Abstract
The authors report a case of orbital granulocytic sarcoma complicating a case of acute myeloblastic leukaemia, which was investigated by CT and MRI. CT revealed a moderately contrast-enhanced orbital mass. The MR signal intensity was identical to that of grey matter on T1-weighted sequences and identical to that of white matter on T2-weighted sequences.
