Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of Dendobium crystallinum.

METHOD

Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.

RESULT

Nine compounds were obtained and identified as: 4, 4'-dihydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxybi-benzyl (1), gigantol (2), naringenin (3) , p-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), n-tetracosyl trans-p-cou-marate (5), n-octacosy trans-p-coumarate (6), n-hexacosyl trans-ferulate (7), stigmasterol (8), daucosterol (9).

CONCLUSION

All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, compounds 1 and 4 were isolated firstly from the genus.

目的

研究晶帽石斛的化学成分。

方法

通过硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱分离纯化化合物。通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其结构。

得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:4,4'-二羟基-3,5-二甲氧基联苄(1)、石斛酮酚(2)、柚皮素(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、正二十四烷基反式对香豆酸酯(5)、正二十八烷基反式对香豆酸酯(6)、正二十六烷基反式阿魏酸酯(7)、豆甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。

结论

所有这些化合物均首次从该植物中获得,化合物1和4首次从该属中分离得到。
