Atraumatic, spontaneous aortic rupture is a rare but potentially lethal event. In this report, we present two unusual cases of aortic arch pseudoaneurysm resulting from spontaneous aortic rupture. The appearance of aortic arch pseudoaneurysm and the rupture area was clearly visualized with echocardiography, as well as by three-dimensional reconstruction of multislice computed tomography (3DCT) images.
非创伤性、自发性主动脉破裂是一种罕见但可能致命的事件。在本报告中，我们展示了两例因自发性主动脉破裂导致的主动脉弓假性动脉瘤的不寻常病例。通过超声心动图以及多层计算机断层扫描（3DCT）图像的三维重建，可以清晰地看到主动脉弓假性动脉瘤的外观和破裂区域。
