Except article 44 of the before-said code stating the principle according to which the physician has to take into account the wills expressed by the patient with regards to his end of life, there are no legal texts defining the ruling of the advanced directive. The legislator has set into place a bill of law (doc.parl.5584) dealing with the issue of advanced directive and the support giving at terminally ill patients.
