Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the chemical constituents of Fraxinus paxiana.

METHOD

The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques and the structures of the compounds were identified with or by spectroscopic methods.

RESULT

Fifteen compounds were obtained from the methanol extract of F. paxiana and their structures were elucidated as esculin (1), esculetin (2), fraxin (3), fraxetin (4), salidroside (5), osmanthuside H (6), liriodendrin (7), 3-(4-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl-2E-propenol (8), threo-syringylglycerol (9), euscaphic acid (10), 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone (11), omega-hydroxypropioguaiacone (12), sinapyladehyde (13), betulinic acid (14) and mannitol (15).

CONCLUSION

All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.

目的

研究秦岭白蜡树的化学成分。

方法

采用色谱技术分离纯化化学成分,并通过光谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。

结果

从秦岭白蜡树甲醇提取物中得到15个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为秦皮苷(1)、秦皮乙素(2)、白蜡素(3)、秦皮素(4)、红景天苷(5)、丹桂苷H(6)、鹅掌楸苷(7)、3-(4-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基-3-甲氧基)-苯基-2E-丙烯醇(8)、苏式丁香甘油(9)、野鸦椿酸(10)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(11)、ω-羟基松柏香豆素(12)、芥子醛(13)、桦木酸(14)和甘露醇(15)。

结论

所有化合物均首次从该植物中获得。
