Abstract

Pathological examination of a 9-month-old beagle dog revealed the epididymal spermatic granuloma. Grossly, a white nodule was observed in the cauda epididymis on the right side. Microscopically, there were numerous spermatozoa in the center of granuloma, surrounded by a wall of macrophages, fibroblasts, plasma cells, lymphocytes, neutrophils and giant cells. Furthermore, many macrophages containing IgG were observed in the center of granuloma.

对一只9个月大的比格犬进行病理检查，发现附睾精子肉芽肿。大体上，右侧附睾尾部可见一个白色结节。显微镜下，肉芽肿中心有大量精子，周围有一层由巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞、浆细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞和巨细胞组成的壁。此外，在肉芽肿中心观察到许多含有IgG的巨噬细胞。
