Abstract
Anthroposophical nursing evolved out of a striving to maintain the human caring and loving warmth of nursing practice whilst having cognisance of academic rigor and scientific nursing research. It is an extension of traditional nursing requiring inner personal development to accompany a modern scientific approach.
