Use of new devices in surgical treatment of rhinosinusitis based on balloon catheters it's a hot topic in rhinology. Thanks to minimally invasive set of tools persistent sinus ostium patency without tissue removal is possible that was demonstrated in large multicenter study. This surgical procedure is safe and increases postoperative patients comfort. In this review authors describe experiences reported in world literature and our own highlights connected with use of endoscopic balloon catheter dilation of sinuses devices.
基于球囊导管的新设备在鼻窦炎手术治疗中的应用是鼻科学中的一个热门话题。多亏了这套微创工具，在大型多中心研究中已证实无需切除组织就能使鼻窦口持续通畅。这种手术操作安全且能提高术后患者的舒适度。在这篇综述中，作者描述了世界文献中报道的经验以及我们自己与使用鼻窦内镜球囊导管扩张设备相关的要点。
