Abstract
The autors present the diagnostic and therapeutical difficulties of acute (fulminant) invasive mycotic rhinosinusitis. A case report of mycotic rhinosinusogenes meningitis in 50 years old woman is described in this paper. The intensive pharmacological and surgical treatment was performed. The result was successful, however the optical nerve was damaged.

作者介绍了急性（暴发性）侵袭性霉菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的诊断和治疗难点。本文描述了一名50岁女性霉菌性鼻-鼻窦炎致脑膜炎的病例报告。实施了强化药物和手术治疗。结果是成功的，然而视神经受到了损伤。
