[Organization of anti-tuberculosis service in a military medical-service unit].

In front of medical officers the following problems are set: To improve the quality of work of finding persons with a high risk of morbidity of tuberculosis. To find forehanded the persons, having tuberculosis among the staff. To organize and effectuate a full work in hotbed of tuberculosis infection. To effectuate the organization of dispensary dynamic observation of the service men under contract, having tuberculosis. To effectuate cooperation with other phthisiologists of garrisons. To improve methods of hygiene education of service men in prophylaxis of tuberculosis. It's out of question, that, in conditions of taking an active part by medical service of military unit in effectuating of the mentioned task list of prophylaxis and sanitary measures, directed to reduction of morbidity among the service men, during the nearest years a positive results would be achieved.
