[Quality control of non-alkaloids from Radix Sophorae tonkinensis].

Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To establish a method for quality control of non-alkaloids from Radix Sophorae tonkinensis.

METHODS

Sugar, organic-acid, polyphenolic and saponin were identified by TLC. The contents of Sugar, polyphenolic and saponin were determined by spectrophotometry and the content of organic-acids was determined by acid-based titration.

RESULTS

The contents of sugar, polyphenolic and saponin were 54.37%, 4.74%, 4.40%, respectively. The average content of organic-acid was 9.40%.

CONCLUSIONS

The established method is simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of non-alkaloids from Radix Sophorae tonkinensis.

目的

建立山豆根非生物碱类成分的质量控制方法。

方法

采用薄层色谱法对糖类、有机酸、多酚类及皂苷类成分进行鉴别;采用分光光度法测定糖类、多酚类及皂苷类成分的含量,酸碱滴定法测定有机酸含量。

结果

糖类、多酚类及皂苷类成分含量分别为54.37%、4.74%、4.40%,有机酸平均含量为9.40%。

结论

所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于山豆根非生物碱类成分的质量控制。
