Abstract
BACKGROUND
A 62-year old man with progressive deterioration of stable angina presented with an unstable episode and was referred for diagnostic coronary angiography.
INVESTIGATIONS
Physical examination, electrocardiography, myocardial perfusion scan, coronary angiography, cardiac CT.
DIAGNOSIS
Left coronary main stem to pulmonary artery fistula.
MANAGEMENT
Coronary angiography, percutaneous coronary intervention, coil embolisation.

背景
一名62岁男性，稳定型心绞痛病情逐渐恶化，出现不稳定发作，被转诊进行诊断性冠状动脉造影。
检查
体格检查、心电图、心肌灌注扫描、冠状动脉造影、心脏CT。
诊断
左冠状动脉主干至肺动脉瘘。
治疗
