We report a case of reconstruction of the humeral shaft by soft tissue lengthening according to the method of Ilizarov, followed by skeletal reconstruction with a vascularized fibular graft. Skeletal union and initiation of functional activity were achieved within 4 months. Lengthening of the soft tissue and the vascular tree by slow distraction did not compromise the subsequent reconstructive microsurgical procedure.
我们报告了一例采用伊里扎洛夫方法通过软组织延长重建肱骨干，随后用带血管腓骨移植进行骨骼重建的病例。在4个月内实现了骨愈合并开始了功能活动。通过缓慢牵张延长软组织和血管树并未影响随后的显微重建手术。
