Abstract

Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (App) is the etiological agent of porcine pleuropneumonia which causes huge economic losses to the pig industry. RTX (repeat in the structural toxin, RTX) is the main virulence-associated factor of the pathogen and, plays a dual role on the pathogen's infection and immunity. Recently research progress is updated in this paper and the necessity and techniques to initiate the pathogen-host interaction study is also raised and discussed. It is believed that the research on the interaction between host and App RTX may further elucidate the pathogen' s molecular pathogenesis.

摘要

猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(App)是猪胸膜肺炎的病原体,给养猪业造成巨大经济损失。RTX(结构毒素中的重复序列,RTX)是该病原体的主要毒力相关因子,在病原体的感染和免疫中起双重作用。本文更新了最近的研究进展,并提出和讨论了启动病原体-宿主相互作用研究的必要性和技术。相信对宿主与App RTX之间相互作用的研究可能会进一步阐明该病原体的分子发病机制。
