Pregnancy and lactation do not prevent dental care. During pregnancy, any radiography needs protection. Prescription must be strictly limited to the needs Xylocaine and Scandicaine 2% may be administered without danger, in small quantity. But the following lactation has to be stopped. Supine hypotensive syndrome which appears in the third trimester has to be known by the practitioner. Any treatment, preferentially realised during second trimester must include the psycho-affective fragility respect of these patients.
怀孕和哺乳期并不妨碍牙科护理。怀孕期间，任何X光检查都需要防护。处方必须严格限于必要情况。2%的赛罗卡因和斯堪的卡因可以少量使用而无危险。但在用药后必须停止哺乳。从业者必须了解孕晚期出现的仰卧位低血压综合征。任何治疗，最好在孕中期进行，必须考虑到这些患者心理情感上的脆弱性。
