Abstract
A case of gonococcal ophthalmia neonatorum in a preterm boy (gestational age 29 weeks) delivered by caesarean section 22 hours after rupture of the membranes is described. The neonate made an uneventful recovery after treatment with ampicillin, gentamicin and methicillin for concomitant cutaneous infection.

本文描述了一例胎膜破裂22小时后经剖宫产出生的早产男婴（孕29周）患淋菌性新生儿眼炎的病例。该新生儿在接受氨苄西林、庆大霉素和甲氧西林治疗以应对并发的皮肤感染后，顺利康复。
