PURPOSE
Single-incision laparoscopy is being performed for a wide variety of procedures. We describe our technique of single-incision laparoscopic right hemicolectomy for a colon mass.
METHODS
The dissection was performed in a medial-to-lateral fashion with intracorporeal anastomosis.
RESULTS
The length of stay was three days, and there were no postoperative complications.
CONCLUSIONS
Single-incision laparoscopic colectomy with an intracorporeal anastomosis can provide satisfactory oncologic resection.
目的
单切口腹腔镜手术正被广泛应用于各种手术操作。我们描述了我们采用单切口腹腔镜技术行右半结肠切除术治疗结肠肿物的方法。
方法
采用从内侧到外侧的方式进行解剖，并进行体内吻合。
结果
住院时间为三天，且无术后并发症。
结论
单切口腹腔镜结肠切除术并行体内吻合能够提供满意的肿瘤切除效果。
