Abstract

Somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEP) of the n. medianus, with clinically significant neurological findings helps in diagnosing a number of different cervical spine lesions. SSEP of the n. medianus and neurological observations also aid in diagnosticis of the disc-radicular conflict. A final diagnosis is set by the computerised tomography (CT). The tested positive predictive value of assessment of disc-radicular conflict of the cervical spine by means of SSEP is 87%. 摘要

正中神经体感诱发电位(SSEP)以及具有临床意义的神经学检查结果有助于诊断多种不同的颈椎病变。正中神经SSEP和神经学观察结果也有助于诊断椎间盘神经根冲突。最终诊断由计算机断层扫描(CT)确定。通过SSEP评估颈椎椎间盘神经根冲突的检测阳性预测值为87%。95%置信区间(CI)为0.87(0.81 - 0.93)(表3,图4,参考文献23)。全文(免费,PDF)www.bmj.sk 。
