[Chronic Guillain-Barre syndrome].

Clinico-pathological studies of sural nerve biopsy of 4 cases of Chronic Guillain-Barre Syndrome were reported. Pathologically, the chronic inflammatory changes, demyelination, remyelination, proliferation of Schwann cells and collagen fibers and formation of the bulbs were found. A few mononuclear cells were seen round blood vessels and endoneurium. The clinical diagnosis, pathological findings and pathogenesis were discussed.
