Analysis is made of the results of a comparative clinico-epidemiological study into the levels and mechanisms of occupational rehabilitation of 436 patients with long-term sequels of home and industrial craniocerebral injuries. The possibilities of social adaptation do not always correlate with the injury gravity and the psychopathological structure of its long-term sequels. An immediate relationship has been demonstrated between social and labor disadaptation and deformation of values orientations and personality aims, which influence labor prognosis to a considerably greater measure than disturbances of brain function.
