OBJECTIVE
To study the chemical constituents in roots of Peucedanum praeruptorum.
METHOD
The constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and ODS, and identified by spectroscopic methods.
RESULT
Seven compounds, alpha-D-glucopyranose-1-hexadecanoate (1), D-mannitol monohexadecanoate (2), adenosine (3), butyric acid (4), eleutheroside B, (5), apiosylskimmin (6), and mannitol (7) were isolated and identified.
CONCLUSION
Compounds 1-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
目的
研究白花前胡根中的化学成分。
方法
采用硅胶柱色谱和ODS柱色谱分离化学成分，并通过光谱方法进行鉴定。
结果
分离鉴定出7种化合物，分别为α-D-吡喃葡萄糖-1-十六烷酸酯（1）、D-甘露醇单十六烷酸酯（2）、腺苷（3）、丁酸（4）、刺五加苷B（5）、芹菜素-7-O-葡萄糖苷（6）和甘露醇（7）。
结论
化合物1-5首次从该植物中分离得到。
