[An additional nerv-lesion in cases of total hip replacement (author's transl)].

Report of early secundary paresis of the sciatic nerve after the implantation of a total artificial hip-joint by the dorso-lateral exposure. The paresis is caused by a cicatrical stenosis of the nerve following a peri- and intranerval bleeding.
