Abstract

Traumatic neuromas are relatively rare entities that characteristically arise following surgery or trauma. In this report, a case of a traumatic neuroma of the mental nerve following chin augmentation is described. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a well-defined oval mass. Part of the lesion was removed and histopathological examination confirmed the lesion to be a traumatic neuroma.

创伤性神经瘤是一种相对罕见的疾病，通常发生在手术后或创伤后。本报告描述了一例颏部隆颏术后发生的颏神经创伤性神经瘤。磁共振成像显示边界清楚的椭圆形肿块。部分病变被切除，组织病理学检查证实为创伤性神经瘤。
