To study the flavonoids compounds from the effective fraction of Thesium chinese in anti-inflammation.
The isolation and purification were carried out by many kinds of column chromatographic techniques. The flavonoids were analyzed by HPLC-DAD, and elucidated by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and ESI-MS.
Five compounds were obtained and therir structures were determined as kaempferol-3-O-glucoside (I), rutinoside (II), luteolin-7-O-glucoside (III), kaempferyl 5-methyl ether (IV), apigenin-5-O-neohesperidoside (V).
Compounds IV and V are isolated from this plant for the first time.
研究百蕊草有效部位中的黄酮类化合物的抗炎作用。
采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化。通过高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)对黄酮类化合物进行分析,并用1H-NMR、13C-NMR和电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)对其结构进行鉴定。
得到5个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-葡萄糖苷(I)、芸香苷(II)、木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(III)、山柰酚5-甲醚(IV)、芹菜素-5-O-新橙皮糖苷(V)。
化合物IV和V为首次从该植物中分离得到。
