The purpose of this paper is to compare and research on the invasive potential of 6 human lung carcinoma cell lines and its relationship to LN. The results indicate that one pulmonary giant cell carcinoma cell line and one pulmonary low differentiated squamous cell carcinoma cell line have endogenous LN. Both cell lines have the highest adhesiveness and motility in vitro and the highest invasiveness in vivo. The adhesiveness and motility of one pulmonary low differentiated squamous carcinoma cell line and two pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell lines were enhanced by exogenous LN. However, one pulmonary carcinoma cell line which is LN negative and not reactive to exogenous LN has the lowest adhesiveness and motility in vitro and the lowest invasiveness in vivo. These results indicate that the invasive potential of the six pulmonary carcinoma cell lines is quite different from reach other which is closely related to LN.
本文旨在比较和研究6种人肺癌细胞系的侵袭潜能及其与层粘连蛋白(LN)的关系。结果表明,一株肺巨细胞癌细胞系和一株肺低分化鳞癌细胞系有内源性LN。这两种细胞系在体外具有最高的黏附性和运动性,在体内具有最高的侵袭性。一株肺低分化鳞癌细胞系和两株肺腺癌细胞系的黏附性和运动性因外源性LN而增强。然而,一株LN阴性且对外源性LN无反应的肺癌细胞系在体外具有最低的黏附性和运动性,在体内具有最低的侵袭性。这些结果表明,六种肺癌细胞系的侵袭潜能彼此差异很大,且与LN密切相关。
