Abstract
A combined method of osteosynthesis consisting of three consecutive steps (reposition and fixation of fragments of the neck with the help of cortical allotransplants, intertrochanteric osteotomy with medialization of the femur, osteosynthesis of the three formed fragments with the Trotsenko-Nuzhdin plate) was used in 28 patients with ununited fractures and false joints of the femoral neck. In 88% of the cases the method resulted in recoveries and returned patients to their professional work.

一种由三个连续步骤组成的骨合成联合方法（借助同种异体皮质移植片对颈部骨折碎片进行复位和固定、股骨粗隆间截骨并使股骨内移、使用特罗琴科 - 努日丁钢板对形成的三个骨折碎片进行骨合成）应用于28例股骨颈骨折不愈合和假关节患者。在88%的病例中，该方法使患者康复并重返工作岗位。
