Abstract
The introduction of intensive insulin therapy can be a difficult transition for patients who have diabetes mellitus. A carefully designed treatment program will help keep patients motivated and informed. Selecting the most appropriate insulin regimen and delivery system for patients' individual needs can help patients make a smoother transition to intensive insulin therapy and improve the likelihood of long-term success.

对于患有糖尿病的患者而言，引入强化胰岛素治疗可能是一个艰难的转变过程。精心设计的治疗方案将有助于患者保持积极性并了解相关信息。根据患者的个体需求选择最合适的胰岛素治疗方案和给药系统，可帮助患者更平稳地过渡到强化胰岛素治疗，并提高长期成功治疗的可能性。
