Retrospective analysis of results of treatment in 339 patients was conducted, in whom an urgent resection of various intestinal segments with primary anastomosing was performed. While anastomosing in the acute ileus, extended peritonitis and cancer intoxication background the anastomosis defense against heightened intraintestinal pressure, virulent intestinal microflora and endogenous intoxication is necessary, using intubation decompression, sanation and enterosorption for the sutures insufficiency prophylaxis.
